George Madison Brinker Jr. was born on July 5, 1781, in Frederick Co., Virginia.
He was the second child of George Brinker and Rebecca Bowmen.
On Oct. 30,1810 George married Elizabeth Haney in Frederick Co. Va.
They had six children in 22 years. He died on September 7, 1861, in Frederick,
Virginia, having lived a long life of 80 years, and was buried there.

On June 20, 1824, Isaac Bowman named George M. Brinker as one of the executors of his four page Will.
He stated in the Will that he appointed as his executors his wife Mary, his nephew and friend, George Brinker,
and his four sons, Isaac, George, Robert, and Washington (Source: Isaac Bowman's
Will)
Author's Note: In this Will there was named
several large tracks of land in Indiana, one being in Jeffersonville, Ind.

15-19, 2male 10-14, 1male under 5, 1 female 80-89, 1 female 40-49, 1 female 15-19 and 13 slaves.
